How do I join? Does it cost anything?
It’s free to join. Simply create an account on SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in whenever you make a purchase in order to receive your Points! (Sorry, we can’t offer Points for purchases made if you check out as a guest.)
What is the SweetLegs Rewards Program?
SweetLegs Rewards is our exciting rewards program where you earn Points that you can redeem for anything on SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com. There are three rewards tiers for customers and an additional four tiers for SweetLegs Independent Distributors, and as you advance to a higher level, you can earn rewards even faster.
Can I use my points with other promotions and offers?
Points that are redeemed for store credit can be combined with additional offers for extra savings, however, rewards perks such as free item offers cannot be combined with other coupon codes. For further questions or assistance, please contact us.
How do I earn points?
You earn Points for every dollar you spend on SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com. You must be signed into your account in order to earn Points on your purchase. There are three levels in the customer rewards program and as you advance to a higher level, you earn points even faster.
How do I qualify for each program tier?
Program tiers are based on your qualifying purchases and actions in a rolling 365-day period.
How can I view my points balance?
You can view your points balance by signing into your account on SweetLegs.com and clicking on the Rewards launcher in the bottom right corner, or clicking the rewards header at the top of the page which will redirect you to the Rewards landing page.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points for store credit or free items by signing into your account at SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com and clicking on the Rewards program launcher in the bottom right-hand corner. Click All Rewards to view the offers that are available to you based on your points balance.
Will I lose points if I cancel or refund an order?
Yes, When an order is canceled or refunded, your points for that order will automatically be deducted from your balance.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points begin to expire after one year of not earning or redeeming any points on SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com.
If you are making at least one purchase or redeeming points at least once every 365 days, your points will not change.
If you do not log into your account for one year, your points will begin to expire on a rolling basis based on when you earned them the year before.
If you are concerned you may not be making a purchase for 365 days, you may redeem your points for a gift card (which does not expire) in the Rewards Launcher.
What if my points are not showing in my account?
If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your SweetLegs Rewards account, you should contact SweetLegs Customer Service and provide your order number and the issue(s) you have encountered. This email must be sent within 30 days of making your purchase. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to a SweetLegs Rewards account.
Can I earn points purchasing through SweetLegs Independent Distributors or at the SweetLegs Store?
If you would like to earn points and purchase through a SweetLegs Independent Distributor, please contact your local ID for their unique referral link and use it to complete your purchase through SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com. Currently, in-store purchases do not qualify for SweetLegs Rewards Points.
How do I earn points for a product review?
You'll receive a confirmation email (between 7 -10 days after placing your order) with a link to submit a product review, and points will be automatically added to your account.
Product review points are awarded as follows:
Text review: 150 Points
Photo review: 250 Points
Video review: 350 Points
Please note: Only products purchased from the SweetLegs website on or after October 15, 2018 that are reviewed within 90 days of purchase may qualify to receive points. For more information, please contact us.
Can I earn points on gift card purchases?
You will not earn points for the purchase of a gift card from the SweetLegs website. The points are earned by the recipient of the gift card when it is spent.
Can I review a gift card for points?
SweetLegs Gift Cards are delivered electronically, and therefore they can not be reviewed for points.
Can I earn points for referring a friend?
Yes, when you share your unique link in your Rewards Launcher and a friend places an order after clicking the link, you will earn 250 bonus points!

We’re so sorry to hear that you received a damaged item! Don’t worry - we’ll have you rocking and owning a new pair of SweetLegs in no time! Please e-mail us at info@sweetlegs.com and we will be happy to help!
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to change your order please contact us at info@sweetlegs.com. Unfortunately our system doesn’t allow us to modify orders that are processing, therefore we will need to cancel and refund your original order and you will be required to make a new one. Please note that if your order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel your order, but once your order arrives you may return it for a store credit.
My order status is ‘Processing’ what does this mean?
A ‘processing’ order means that we have received your order and payment. We are in the process of lovingly packing your SweetLegs and your order will be shipped soon! Once it is shipped you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number (available on orders of two or more pairs) so you can track your shipment.
My order status is “Completed”. What does this mean?
‘Completed’ means that we have packaged and shipped your order, YAY! You will receive an email with your tracking information (tracking is available on orders of two or more pairs) and order details. Sometimes our emails will sneak into your spam or junk folders, so if you haven’t received a final shipping notice from us, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, no worries! Send us a note to info@sweetlegs.com and we’ll send you a copy! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Price matching
In the event that your SweetLegs go on sale within seven (7) days of your original purchase date, as a courtesy you are entitled to the difference (less shipping and taxes) in the form of a store credit. This applies only to identical items.
Please note that SweetLegs does not match sales run by SweetLegs Independent Distributors.
Exclusions: "Final Sale" items are not eligible for price adjustments. Prices reflected during the SweetLegs Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale from November 29 to December 2 are not eligible for price adjustments on previous purchases as advertised in our email campaigns and website banners.
Can I order wholesale?
SweetLegs reserves wholesale ordering (25 pairs or more per order) exclusively for our Independent Distributors. If you would like access to wholesale pricing, please apply to our program here. SweetLegs reserves the right to cancel any customer orders of more than 25 pairs at our discretion.

How can I sell SweetLegs?
Thanks so much for your interest in joining the SweetTeam! SweetLegs does things a little differently and we like to get to know our applicants a bit so that both parties know what they're getting into. SweetLegs is not a multi-level marketing company - we simply provide a great quality and fun product to our Independent Distributors and focus on empowering women while helping them grow THEIR businesses.
We have a simple 3 step application process: The first is a questionnaire, and once we have received yours we will determine if you sound like a good fit based on our internal parameters; then we follow up with step 2, our Interim Contract, and Step 3, our legal agreement and policies and procedures manual. Once all steps have been completed, you can consider yourself part of the Sweetest team around!
Please note: At NO time are you locked into anything with SweetLegs! If at any point during the application process you feel like our Distributor program is not a good fit for you, then we just amicably part ways.

How long does it take to pack and ship an order?
Most internet orders placed before 7:00 am PST, Monday through Friday, will be processed and confirmed within two business days. Orders placed after 7:00 am PST Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Please note, orders placed after 7:00 am PST Monday through Friday may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).
Packing times are in addition to shipping times.
Please note that during large volume sale days such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Day/Week, processing times may increase.
An order confirmation will be provided via email after an order is placed. Do you ship internationally?
We love spreading the SweetLegs love worldwide! We offer a low cost $5 flat rate to the USA. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
YES! We do ship to PO Boxes, however please note that in Canada FedEx does not! If you select $9 Express Air shipping at checkout and you have a PO Box, your order will automatically ship via Canada Post. If you accidentally select a FedEx shipping option at checkout, your order will ship with the Canada Post Equivalent. Don’t worry, either way you will get your SweetLegs, it just may take longer!
For orders to the USA, FedEx handles all PO Box deliveries.Will I have to sign for my package?
For the security of our customers, all orders over $100 will require a signature release to prevent theft. If you do not want to sign for your package, you may leave a note in your order comments that no signature is required, however, please note that any order that releases a required signature does so at their own risk. SweetLegs is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Something is missing from my shipment?
Oh no! We want to make sure you receive everything you ordered in a timely manner! Please double check that all of the items in your order have been marked ‘shipped’ as some items may ship separately. Next, please check the tracking numbers included in your shipment confirmation email to see if your order has been delivered. Finally, if your packages have been marked “delivered” with the shipping company but you don’t have them, or you need further assistance, please contact us at info@sweetlegs.com.
How much will my shipping be?

Please note that our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00pm PST, excluding statutory holidays. Please allow for up to 7 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. All orders are processed in the order they are received.

How much will it cost to ship to my country?
It’s easy to calculate your shipping cost. If you're outside of Canada, navigate to our international website at www.sweetlegs.com. Once you have an item in your cart, proceed through the checkout process where your shipping will be automatically calculated for you based on your location. These shipping rates are based on the carriers’ standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.
US orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy.
I provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address?
If you have given incorrect or incomplete shipping information, please Contact Us immediately. If your order has not been shipped we can correct the information. If your order has already been shipped there is no way for us or Canada Post/FedEx to make a correction. If Canada Post/FedEx cannot resolve the issue then your order will be shipped back to us and you will be responsible for paying to reship your SweetLegs. SweetLegs will send you a shipping invoice and once your payment is confirmed we will send your package. Please double check to ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
I did not pick up my parcel from my shipping provider & they sent it back to you!
Our shipping providers will return parcels to us if they are not picked up by the customer within a certain time period. If your parcel is returned to us because you failed to pick it up, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to resend your package. SweetLegs will send you a shipping invoice and once your payment is confirmed we will send your package. If there is a shipping error on our behalf we will happily resend your package at our expense. Please note that unclaimed packages will be placed back into inventory after 4 months.
My package did not arrive.
If your package is missing, it is possible that the shipping address you provided may be incorrect and your parcel may have been returned to SweetLegs. Should this happen we will try and connect with you to confirm your shipping information or obtain a new shipping address. It is very rare for a package to go missing without explanation, and if this is the case, we will do our best to assist you in opening an investigation with your chosen shipping provider. Please note that we do not guarantee shipping times. Please Contact Us if your parcel has not arrived within 3 business days of the time suggested on your chosen shipping method.
What is my tracking number?
All orders will receive a tracking number for their shipment. Once your order has been shipped we will add the tracking number to your account and you will receive a ” Your Order Has Shipped” notification. The tracking number should be at the bottom of this email. If you do not see the email from us please take a look in your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t see the email just let us know through the Contact Us page or email us at info@sweetlegs.com and we will be happy to re-send it!

Can I combine coupon codes?
Certain offers cannot be combined - please check the fine print of your coupon or offer for details, or email us at info@sweetlegs.com for assistance.
How do I pay with a Credit Card or PayPal?
Paying with your credit card is very simple. Once you are done shopping and are ready to check out just click on your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter your customer information if you do not already have an account.
- Enter your shipping address and billing address (if different then your billing address)
- Choose your desired shipping option from the ‘shipping options’
Now it is time to pay. If you wish to pay with PayPal follow PayPal’s directions for payment.
If you wish use our secure credit card check out- select ‘credit card payment’
Enter your card number, expiry date and CVN code ( three digit pin on back of card)

What is Shopify Pay?
Shopify Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets you save your credit card and your shipping and billing information so you can complete your transaction faster the next time you are directed to the SweetLegs.com checkout. This can save you time when you check out, especially if you've already opted in to Shopify Pay on any Shopify store.
To opt-in to Shopify Pay, when checking out, after you've entered your shipping, billing, and credit card information, click the box that says "Save my information for a faster checkout" and enter your mobile phone number.
The next time you check out, you will be immediately taken to the order review page. When you click Authorize purchase, you will receive a unique 6-digit code in a text message. Then, you'll be prompted to enter the code on the checkout page. After you enter the code, the order is processed.
If you return to SweetLegs.com using the same device, you can check out without using an SMS confirmation. During checkout, you will be redirected to Shopify Pay to verify your information before returning to checkout to complete the purchase.
After you opt in to Shopify Pay and complete the SMS verification, you can use your saved information on any Shopify checkout that has the feature enabled. You will not need to verify yourself again.
How do I opt out of Shopify Pay?
If you've signed up for Shopify Pay and would like to opt out, please visit their opt out website and follow the instructions provided.
Do I have to pay taxes?
All taxes are calculated according to the rates for your specific Province, State & or Country . Rates are calculated on the “ship to address.” International customers outside North America may be subject to taxes and import duties from their home country.
Can I use multiple gift cards at once?
SweetLegs accepts up to three (3) gift cards per transaction. If you have more than 3 gift cards you would like to use on a purchase, please contact us and include your gift card numbers so we may combine your multiple gift cards into one gift card.

An item I love is out of stock! What can I do?
Most of our SweetLegs prints are limited quantity and are not restocked, so if you see something you like that’s in stock, be sure to grab it before it’s gone! What does “Signature” mean?
SweetLegs is proud to design and manufacture all of our leggings. Our Signature SweetLegs come in four sizes that fit most adults and three sizes to fit most children, and these sizes are exclusive to SweetLegs. They feature the SweetLegs insignia on the ankle and a SweetLegs tag inside on the back so you know they’re genuine SweetLegs! All Signature prints are only sold through the SweetLegs website or with a certified local Independent Distributor or authorized retailer.
Where are SweetLegs made?
SweetLegs are designed in Canada by our AMAZING design team, and manufactured overseas in China - currently the only location with the equipment necessary to create our magical kitten-soft poly-spandex blend. All SweetLegs manufacturing facilities are toured yearly by our compliance team and all employees work in a safe, ethical environment and are paid living wages.
How should I wash my SweetLegs?
Our design team recommends that SweetLegs be hand-washed and hung to dry to keep them looking brand new!
What size am I?
SweetLegs are the mother of all pants, seriously. SweetLegs is proud to carry four adult sizes and three children’s sizes to fit most.
ADULT:
- Petite: designed for sizes 00 -6, up to 6' tall (25” inseam)
- One: designed for sizes 6 -14, up to 6’ tall (26” inseam)
- Plus: designed for sizes 14 -22, up to 6’2” tall (27” inseam)
- Plus2: designed for sizes 22-28, up to 6'2" tall (27" inseam)
KIDS:
- Small: designed for ages 2 -4 (13” inseam)
- Medium: designed for ages 5 -8 (18” inseam)
- Large: designed for ages 9 -12 (23” inseam)
Due to the bidirectional stretch of our magical SweetLegs fabric, our adult sizes have a maximum inseam capacity ranging from 34 -36 inches. Wowza!
Psst! A lot of smaller ladies LOVE the fit of our kids large ;)
We recommend that you select your SweetLegs based on your pant size rather than your height as the length will naturally adjust to fit your body. Please keep in mind that there may be minor discrepancies as our leggings are all hand-made, but we try to remain as consistent as possible.
Are SweetLegs see-through?
SweetLegs makes every effort to ensure our leggings are opaque as possible, however, due to the blend of our fabric, extreme contrasting undergarments or leg tattoos may be visible with some of our designs. If you are unhappy with your SweetLegs, please keep all tags intact and contact our friendly customer service at info@sweetlegs.com within 30 days of your package arriving at your home.

SweetTops are a line of high-quality apparel basics designed and manufactured by SweetLegs. These tops were created to perfectly compliment SweetLegs.
Where are SweetTops made?
SweetLegs are designed in Canada by our AMAZING design team and are manufactured in China. Just like our SweetLegs, our International Production Team and our SweetTops factory perform regular audits with a particular focus on social, legal, and ethical compliance.
How do I wash my SweetTops?
SweetTops are made from a blend of rayon, polyester, and spandex. Rayon gives the fabric a luxuriously soft hand feel, polyester adds strength to the garment, and spandex allows it to keep its shape. We recommend you hand wash all SweetTops in cold water and hang them to dry to keep them looking new! Make sure to wash SweetTops with similar fabrics, and remember that abrasive pieces worn or washed with any garment may encourage rubbing of the fabric.

What is the price of the Free Motion Leggings?
Our Free Motion Leggings retail for $78 plus applicable taxes.
These leggings are designed with a moisture-wicking compression performance fabric with a four-way stretch, a high yoga waistband, and a hidden pocket, and are priced accordingly for these features. They provide support for your stomach, back, and legs and keep you dry and comfortable throughout the day no matter what life throws at you!
What size am I in the Free Motion Leggings?
The Free Motion Leggings come in seven sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2X and 3X. Our compression fabric will apply gentle pressure to the body and have a tight, close fit that will provide support to your stomach, back, and legs.
To find your perfect fit, we recommend measuring your bust, hips, and waist with a soft measuring tape and comparing your measurements to the size chart below. If your measurements fall in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

How do I wash my Free Motion Leggings?
We recommend the Free Motion Leggings be hand washed or washed in your washing machine on a delicate cold cycle and then be hung to dry.

What is your return/exchange policy on SweetLegs Accessories?
All SweetLegs Accessories including Day Books, Scrunchies, Sunglasses, Jewelry, and Notebooks are final sale. Should you receive a pair that are damaged or defective upon arrival, please immediately contact our friendly customer service at info@sweetlegs.com and we will assist you with obtaining a replacement.
What are Scrunchies made of?
All SweetLegs Scrunchies are made from the remnants of fabric from the SweetLegs manufactruing process as a part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, so they're just as soft as our Signature leggings and gentle on your hair.

Are SweetLegs' Factories Environmentally Friendly?
SweetLegs' factories are proud to follow a responsible manufacturing initiative to reduce waste during fabric production. First, our signature fabric is carefully knitted and quality checked. Water and dye are then mixed together to colour the fabric which produces resultant waste. Historically this sediment used to be released into the local river or lake, which can be damaging to local ecosystems. Our fabric mills use a government certified Environmental Management System which does not permit the expulsion of waste products and requires all waste products be treated and recycled. As part of the wastewater treatment, this waste is separated into water and solid sediment. The water is then treated and stays in the factory to be reused for future dye projects, and the solid sediment is dried and pressed into a bricks suitable for construction projects.
