Delivery & Returns
SweetLegs has partnered with FedEx to offer our customers various shipping options for around the world. When checking out on a SweetLegs website, your available shipping options will be presented once you enter a valid “ship to” address. You can then decide if you want to choose our low-cost flat rate shipping or upgrade to a faster shipping method.
SweetLegs does not ship to USA or international P.O. Boxes. Please enter an alternative delivery address if you use a P.O. Box.
Shipping times do not include the time it takes for your order to process and be packed in our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing, and please note that during holiday season and during sales, your order may take up to 5-7 days to process before it is shipped. Orders placed during large sales or events such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc. may take even longer to process.
All orders are shipped during business hours which are Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM PST. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will not ship until Monday even when Priority shipping is selected.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure your area is serviced by your preferred shipping method before choosing it, as not all areas will qualify for Priority service, and therefore your shipping times may vary.
International Orders: ( USA )
$5.00 flat rate shipping - SweetLegs offers a $5 flat rate shipping for our USA customers with tracking which typically arrives within 7-10 business days after processing has been completed.
FedEx International Economy – Delivery by second business day by 4:30 p.m. to businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences in the U.S.
FedEx International Priority – Delivery by 10:30 a.m. next business day to the U.S.
IMPORTANT: Orders under $800 USD should qualify for duty-free going into the USA From Canada ( Read the details ) SweetLegs cannot anticipate additional customs fees and independent carrier charges; these costs will not be reimbursed, should they be incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to find out what types of fees you can expect.
International Orders: (Outside North America)
FedEx International Economy – Delivery by second business day by 4:30 p.m. to businesses and by 8 p.m. to residences in the U.S., 2 to 5 business days to most major world markets.
- FedEx International Priority – Delivery by 10:30 a.m. next business day to the U.S., 1 to 3 business days to rest of world.

Changing or canceling an order:
To cancel or change your order, please contact our super helpful customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel your order, but once your order arrives you may return it for a store credit. If you wish to change your order please contact us at email@example.com. Unfortunately, our system doesn’t allow us to modify orders that are processing, therefore we will need to cancel and refund your original order and you will be required to make a new one.
If no one is available at the package address when FedEx makes the delivery, a note is left at the door and the package is taken to the FedEx depot. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made and if delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you have received your attempted delivery notification slip, please contact FedEx if you require additional delivery attempts or to pick up your package from the nearest depot.
All orders over $100 will require a signature release to prevent theft. You may opt out of this option by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org once your order has been placed, however, if your package is lost or stolen, SweetLegs will be unable to replace it.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should MUST be included as Delivery Address at the time of checkout.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your SweetLegs, but in the event that you don’t, we’re happy to help!
All returns and exchanges, including manufacturer's defects, must be facilitated within 30 days of delivery. All SweetLegs must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached with the exception of defective SweetLegs; we will accept SweetLegs for exchange that have been washed and worn within 30 days if they are deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect.
Under the following conditions, you are eligible to return your SweetLegs back to us for a SweetLegs.ca store credit, and we will pay your shipping by issuing you a prepaid shipping label:
- We processed your order incorrectly
- You received pre-damaged SweetLegs or your SweetLegs are defective
If you are unhappy about the fit, print, or color, you may return your unwashed, unaltered, and unworn SweetLegs with tags still attached to us for a SweetLegs.com store credit, however, shipping will be your responsibility.
SweetLegs does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any items sent back to us with customer damage, without documentation, and/or without tags (where applicable) will not receive a credit.
HOW TO RETURN:
Please email us at email@example.com with a full description of the issue, your order number, and photos of any defects or issues you may have and our customer care team will provide you with further assistance.
Shipping costs for EXCHANGES due to print preference or to change size is the customer’s responsibility. When shipping your EXCHANGE, we recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking when returning your SweetLegs. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process a credit for SweetLegs.ca within 5 business days.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
The following items are considered a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Promotional materials including nail files, lanyards, stickers, etc.
