SweetLegs Rewards is our exciting rewards program where you earn points that you can redeem for anything on SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com. There are three rewards tiers for customers and an additional four tiers for SweetLegs Independent Distributors, and as you advance to a higher level, you can earn rewards even faster.
It’s free to join. Simply create an account on SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in whenever you make a purchase in order to receive your points! (Sorry, we can’t offer points for purchases made if you check out as a guest.)
Points that are redeemed for store credit can be combined with additional offers for extra savings, however, rewards perks such as free item offers cannot be combined with other coupon codes. For further questions or assistance, please contact us.
You earn points for every dollar you spend on SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com. You must be signed into your account in order to earn points on your purchase. There are three levels in the customer rewards program and as you advance to a higher level, you earn points even faster.
You can view your Points balance by signing into your account on SweetLegs.ca and clicking on the Rewards launcher in the bottom right corner, or clicking the rewards header at the top of the page which will redirect you to the Rewards landing page.
You can redeem your Points for store credit or free items by signing into your account at SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com and clicking on the Rewards program launcher in the bottom right-hand corner. Click All Rewards to view the offers that are available to you based on your points balance.
If you would like to earn points and purchase through a SweetLegs Independent Distributor, please contact your local ID for their unique referral link and use it to complete your purchase through SweetLegs.ca or SweetLegs.com. Currently, in-store purchases do not qualify for SweetLegs Rewards Points.
If you have concerns that a purchase or other action was not properly applied to your SweetLegs Rewards account, you should contact SweetLegs Customer Serviceand provide your order number and the issue(s) you have encountered. This email must be sent within 30 days of making your purchase. We are not responsible for late notifications regarding purchases or actions not being credited to a SweetLegs Rewards account.
You'll receive a confirmation email (between 7 -10 days after placing your order) with a link to submit a product review, and points will be automatically added to your account.
Product review points are awarded as follows:
Text review: 150 Points
Photo review: 250 Points
Video review: 350 Points
Please note: Only products purchased from the SweetLegs website on or after October 15, 2018 that are reviewed within 90 days of purchase may qualify to receive points. For more information, please contact us.
To cancel or change your order, please contact our super helpful customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel your order, but once your order arrives you may return it for a store credit.

Unfortunately our system doesn’t allow us to modify orders that are processing, therefore we will need to cancel and refund your original order and you will be required to make a new one. A ‘processing’ order means that we have received your order and payment. We are in the process of lovingly packing your SweetLegs and your order will be shipped soon! Once it is shipped you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number (available on orders of two or more pairs) so you can track your shipment.
‘Completed’ means that we have packaged and shipped your order, YAY! You will receive an email with your tracking information (tracking is available on orders of two or more pairs) and order details. Sometimes our emails will sneak into your spam or junk folders, so if you haven’t received a final shipping notice from us, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, no worries! Send us a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you a copy! Easy peasy lemon squeezy! We have a simple 3 step application process: The first is a questionnaire, and once we have received yours we will determine if you sound like a good fit based on our internal parameters; then we follow up with step 2, our Interim Contract, and Step 3, our legal agreement and policies and procedures manual. Once all steps have been completed, you can consider yourself part of the Sweetest team around!
Please note: At NO time are you locked into anything with SweetLegs! If at any point during the application process you feel like our Distributor program is not a good fit for you, then we just amicably part ways.
Looking to buy bulk stock at wholesale prices for a retail, kiosk or any other type of commercial business? Unfortunately SweetLegs does not sell to any commercial or retail environments, nor do we offer bulk discounts for business reasons.

Most internet orders placed before 7:00 am (pacific time) Monday through Friday will be processed and confirmed within two business days. Orders placed after 7:00 am PST Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Please note, orders placed after 7:00 am PST Monday through Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday). Packing times are in addition to shipping times.
Please note that during large volume sale days such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Day/Week, processing times may increase.

Expected Delivery Dates:
We offer a low cost $5 flat rate shipping to the USA through FedEx International Economy. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to arrive. International orders outside of the USA can view their shipping options and transit times at checkout.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and prices. We offer a low cost $5 flat rate to the USA. For international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. You may also choose faster shipping methods for an increased cost.
Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of the purchased products. To obtain a shipping quote please enter your contact information at the checkout to view your shipping rates.

For the security of our customers, all orders over $100 may require a signature release to prevent theft. You can sign at the door or enrol in the FedEx Signature Release program. If you do not want to sign for your package, you may leave a note in your order comments that no signature is required, however, please note that any order that releases a required signature does so at their own risk. SweetLegs is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Oh no! We want to make sure you receive everything you ordered in a timely manner! Please double check that all of the items in your order have been marked ‘shipped’, as some items may ship separately. Next, please check the tracking numbers included in your shipment confirmation email to see if your order has been delivered. Finally, if you packages have been marked “delivered” with the shipping company but you don’t have them, or you need further assistance, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you have given incorrect or incomplete shipping information, please Contact Us immediately. If your order has not been shipped we can correct the information. If your order has already been shipped there is no way for us or Canada Post/FedEx to make a correction. If Canada Post/FedEx cannot resolve the issue then your order will be shipped back to us and you will be responsible for paying to reship your SweetLegs. SweetLegs will send you a shipping invoice and once your payment is confirmed we will send your package. Please double check to ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
Our shipping providers will return parcels to us if they are not picked up by the customer within a certain time period. If your parcel is returned to us because you failed to pick it up, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to resend your package. SweetLegs will send you a shipping invoice and once your payment is confirmed we will send your package. If there is a shipping error on our behalf we will happily resend your package at our expense.
Please double check to ensure your shipping address and shipment choice is correct before submitting your order.Please note that unclaimed packages will be placed back into inventory after 4 months.
If your package is missing, it is possible that the shipping address you provided may be incorrect and your parcel may have been returned to SweetLegs. Should this happen we will try and connect with you to confirm your shipping information or obtain a new shipping address. It is very rare for a package to go missing without explanation, and if this is the case, we will do our best to assist you in opening an investigation with your chosen shipping provider. Please note that we do not guarantee shipping times. Please Contact Us if your parcel has not arrived within 3 business days of the time suggested on your chosen shipping method.
It’s easy to calculate your shipping cost. Once you have an item in your cart, proceed through the checkout process where your shipping will be automatically calculated for you based on your location. These shipping rates are based on the carriers’ standard fees and the total weight of the item(s) in your order.
USA orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy for a $5 flat rate.
Shopify Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets you save your credit card and your shipping and billing information so you can complete your transaction faster the next time you are directed to the SweetLegs.com checkout. This can save you time when you check out, especially if you've already opted in to Shopify Pay on any Shopify store.
To opt-in to Shopify Pay, when checking out, after you've entered your shipping, billing, and credit card information, click the box that says "Save my information for a faster checkout" and enter your mobile phone number.
The next time you check out, you will be immediately taken to the order review page. When you click Authorize purchase, you will receive a unique 6-digit code in a text message. Then, you'll be prompted to enter the code on the checkout page. After you enter the code, the order is processed.
If you return to SweetLegs.com using the same device, you can check out without using anSMS confirmation. During checkout, you will be redirected to Shopify Pay to verify your information before returning to checkout to complete the purchase.
After you opt in to Shopify Pay and complete theSMSverification, you can use your saved information on any Shopify checkout that has the feature enabled. You will not need to verify yourself again.
All taxes are calculated according to the rates for your specific Province, State & or Country . Rates are calculated on the “ship to address.” International customers outside North America may be subject to taxes and import duties from their home country.
SweetLegs accepts up to three (3) gift cards per transaction. If you have more than 3 gift cards you would like to use on a purchase, please contact us and include your gift card numbers so we may combine your multiple gift cards into one gift card.

All returns and exchanges, including manufacturer's defects, must be facilitated within 30 days of purchase. All SweetLegs must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached with the exception of defective SweetLegs; we will accept SweetLegs for exchange that have been washed and worn within 30 days if they are deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect.
Under the following conditions, you are eligible to return your SweetLegs back to us for a SweetLegs.ca store credit, and we will pay your shipping by issuing you a prepaid shipping label: - We processed your order incorrectly - You received pre-damaged SweetLegs or your SweetLegs are defective
If you are unhappy about the fit, print, or color, you may return your unwashed, unaltered, and unworn SweetLegs with tags still attached to us for a SweetLegs.ca store credit, however shipping will be your responsibility. SweetLegs does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any items sent back to us with customer damage, without documentation, and/or without tags (where applicable) will not receive a credit.
HOW TO RETURN: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a full description of the issue, your order number and photos of any defects or issues you may have. Once we have determined you are eligible for a return or exchange we will issue you an RMA number and send you a prepaid return label to your email. ONLY manufacturer’s defects are eligible for a prepaid return label.
Shipping costs for EXCHANGES due to print preference or to change size is the customer’s responsibility. When shipping your EXCHANGE, we recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking when returning your SweetLegs. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process a credit for SweetLegs.ca within 5 business days.
