A ‘processing’ order means that we have received your order and payment. We are in the process of lovingly packing your SweetLegs and your order will be shipped soon! Once it is shipped you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number (available on orders of two or more pairs) so you can track your shipment.
‘Completed’ means that we have packaged and shipped your order, YAY! You will receive an email with your tracking information (tracking is available on orders of two or more pairs) and order details. Sometimes our emails will sneak into your spam or junk folders, so if you haven’t received a final shipping notice from us, please check your junk or spam folders. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, no worries! Send us a note to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you a copy! Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Looking to buy bulk stock at wholesale prices for a retail, kiosk or any other type of commercial business? Unfortunately SweetLegs does not sell to any commercial or retail environments, nor do we offer bulk discounts for business reasons.

YES! We do ship to PO Boxes, however please note that FedEX does not! If you select $5 flat rate shipping at checkout and you have a PO Box, your order will automatically ship via Canada Post. If you accidentally select a FedEx shipping option at checkout, your order will ship with the Canada Post Equivalent. Don’t worry, either way you will get your SweetLegs, it just may take longer!
Oh no! We want to make sure you receive everything you ordered in a timely manner! Please double check that all of the items in your order have been marked ‘shipped’, as some items may ship separately. Next, if you ordered 2 or more pairs, please check the tracking numbers included in your shipment confirmation email to see if your order has been delivered. Finally, if you packages have been marked “delivered” with the shipping company but you don’t have them, or you need further assistance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and prices. We offer a low cost $5 flat rate throughout North America, and a $20 flat rate internationally. You may also choose faster shipping methods for an increased cost.
Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight of the purchased products. To obtain a shipping quote please enter your contact information at the checkout to view your shipping rates.
Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges. Additional shipping charges will be added on the shopping cart page automatically. Once the item is in your cart, the shipping charge you see is all you will be required to pay for the selected method of shipping. Also, for international orders there may be duty.
Most internet orders placed before 7:00 am (pacific time) Monday through Friday will be processed and confirmed within two business days, however an increase in processing times may occur during or around the holiday season, and during this time some orders may process for up to five business days. Orders placed after 7:00 am PST on a Friday will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Please note, orders placed after 7:00 am PST Monday through Friday may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day. Holidays and weekends are not business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday or statutory holidays will be processed on the first business day of the week. Orders placed during large sales or events such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Boxing Day etc may take longer to process.

Packages shipped via FedEx Express Saver Economyshipping will arrive in 1-3 business days for most metropolitan areas once your order has been confirmed as shipped by SweetLegs. Please make sure your area is serviced by this shipping method before choosing it, as not all areas will qualify for Fedex Express Saver Economy shipping, and therefore your shipping times may vary.
Please note that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes, and all orders to PO Boxes may be handed over to another service. Please visit the FedEx website for more information regarding shipping times for your area. SweetLegs does not guarantee shipping times, these are estimates only.
If you have given incorrect or incomplete shipping information, please Contact Us immediately. If your order has not been shipped we can correct the information. If your order has already been shipped there is no way for us or Canada Post/FedEx to make a correction. If Canada Post/FedEx cannot resolve the issue then your order will be shipped back to us and you will be responsible for paying to reship your SweetLegs. SweetLegs will send you a shipping invoice and once your payment is confirmed we will send your package. Please double check to ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
Our shipping providers will return parcels to us if they are not picked up by the customer within a certain time period. If your parcel is returned to us because you failed to pick it up, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to resend your package. SweetLegs will send you a shipping invoice and once your payment is confirmed we will send your package. If there is a shipping error on our behalf we will happily resend your package at our expense.
Please double check to ensure your shipping address and shipment choice is correct before submitting your order.Please note that unclaimed packages will be placed back into inventory after 4 months.
If your package is missing, it is possible that the shipping address you provided may be incorrect and your parcel may have been returned to SweetLegs. Should this happen we will try and connect with you to confirm your shipping information or obtain a new shipping address. It is very rare for a package to go missing without explanation, and if this is the case, we will do our best to assist you in opening an investigation with your chosen shipping provider. Please note that we do not guarantee shipping times. Please Contact Us if your parcel has not arrived within 3 business days of the time suggested on your chosen shipping method.

All returns and exchanges, including manufacturer's defects, must be facilitated within 30 days of purchase. All SweetLegs must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached with the exception of defective SweetLegs; we will accept SweetLegs for exchange that have been washed and worn within 30 days if they are deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect. Under the following conditions, you are eligible to return your SweetLegs back to us for a SweetLegs.ca store credit, and we will pay your shipping by issuing you a prepaid shipping label: - We processed your order incorrectly - You received pre-damaged SweetLegs or your SweetLegs are defective If you are unhappy about the fit, print, or color, you may return your unwashed, unaltered, and unworn SweetLegs with tags still attached to us for a SweetLegs.ca store credit, however shipping will be your responsibility. SweetLegs does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Any items sent back to us with customer damage, without documentation, and/or without tags (where applicable) will not receive a credit. HOW TO RETURN: Please email us at email@example.com with a full description of the issue, your order number and photos of any defects or issues you may have. Once we have determined you are eligible for a return or exchange we will issue you an RMA number and send you a prepaid return label to your email. ONLY manufacturer’s defects are eligible for a prepaid return label. Shipping costs for EXCHANGES due to print preference or to change size is the customer’s responsibility. When shipping your EXCHANGE, we recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking when returning your SweetLegs. It can take up to 30 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process a credit for SweetLegs.ca within 5 business days.
